Adriana Garcia is an art director working in New York.
Originally from Miami, Adriana began her career doing production for luxury publishing at Ocean Drive Media Group. She was part of the creative team that brought to life Plum Miami Magazine and Plum Hamptons Magazine for the Plum TV Network. With Niche Media in New York, she participated in setting the tone for the redesign of her hometown magazine Ocean Drive, as well as all Niche Media titles across the U.S.
As the brand art director for Playboy Enterprises, she was brought on to design a new identity for the promotion of the recent non-nude direction.
With SagaCity Media, Adriana was art director & photo producer of Aspen Sojourner Magazine, Seattle Met Bride & Groom, Portland Bride & Groom, Salt Lake/Park City Bride & Groom and the LGBT wedding magazines Love Wins Texas and Love Wins California.
Specialties include redesigns, branding, luxury markets, fashion, editorial, illustration commissions/concepts and photo producing + art direction.
Adriana holds a degree in studio art from Florida State University and an MFA in design from Miami International University of Art and Design. Her work has been recognized by the American Advertising Federation, Society of Publication Designers, AIGA and the Florida Magazine Association.
